"Hates and Loves"

I HATE girls who hide behind make-up and dark glasses.

I HATE picking up my own clothes.  Sometimes I go through my house like a tornado and leave quite a mess!

I HATE the "phonies" who are in the entertainment business and have no right to be.  Luckily, they don't last long.

I HATE going on a date to a crowded or noisy club - I just can't relax in them.

I HATE it when my shooting schedule doesn't allow me free time to draw cartoons.

I HATE girls who wear loads of perfume.

I HATE not having been able to attend either of my sister's weddings.

I HATE giving a comic monologue before an audience and having no one laugh! That's really embarrassing!

I LOVE eating Maine lobsters.  I just can't get enough of them.

I LOVE the surprises that happen every single day - good or bad!

I LOVE the smell of Old Spice shaving lotion.  It reminds me of the sea.

I LOVE girls who don't spend all their time looking at themselves in the mirror.

I LOVE people who project something natural - and who don't try to pretend.

I LOVE my pet Dalmatian, "Spot."  He's brought me a lot of chuckles.

I LOVE picking out tunes on my 12-string guitar.

I LOVE skiing.

I LOVE my house.  It's in a canyon above Hollywood - the house I've always dreamed of.

I LOVE riding my horse from The High Chaparral series - his name is "Soapy."
